Celebrate Life Week 2009:
Monday 27th of April kicked off Celebrate Life Week 2009! There were many highlights throughout the week; Urban Canvas Chalk Art, Celebrate Park Life, Yii Launch, Lifeforce, Leinster Rugby Talk, Suicide or Survive, Health & Fitness Checks and Live Music performances to name but a few. It was great to see people “celebrating life” and getting involved. It was definitely a case of people giving blood, sweat and tears (happy ones) this year! Youth Initiative Launch:
YII is a new Youth Information Initiative developed by the Northside Citizens Information Service, Sphere17, Northside Community Law Centre and the Northside Partnership to address the information needs of young people in the community. Based in the citizens’ information service model, this pioneer initiative will be run by a group of young people trained to deliver a free, confidential and independent information service to other young people by providing weekly information clinics.

Easter Activities:
Sphere17 ran two weeks of open activities over the Easter Mid Term. Great fun was had by all! Check out the photo gallery for pics!

Youth Forum Residential:
Sphere 17 is currently in the process of setting up a Youth Forum for the Bonnybrook, Priorswood and Darndale areas. A residential took place on the 7th and 8th April in Liliputt Adventure Centre. See the photo gallery for pics!
