The Christmas calendar project was a chance for young people to show case their artistic talent while getting a simple message across about looking after your health and mental
well being.

The theme of the calendar was all to do with Christmas. The idea was to have a thought for each day of the month of December. Every thought for the day related to physical or mental health.

Well done to all the young people involved. A lot of work went into the creation of each day and the hard work and commitment of all the young people paid off as can be seen. The calendar was displayed at the front door in Sphere17 for everyone to share.
