Summer Sphere began on the 19th July and ran for 3 weeks finishing up on the 6th August. Each day was packed with fun trips and activities such as Fort Lucan, Cake Baking, Beauty School, Aquatic Centre, Funtasia, Clara Lara, Paint Balling, Go Karting, Lilliputt, Water Fights, Fossey Farm, Football, Fishing, Newbridge Farm, Pool Competitions and even the Roller Disco!!! This is to name just a few as I could go on and on and on!

Back by popular demand after last year was our X Factor Competition. Auditions took place in Bonnybrook, Darndale and Priorswood before our Grand Finale in Darndale on the 11th August. Congratulations to everyone who took part, you should be very proud and believe me, the judges had a very tough decision. A Big CONGRATULATIONS to “Double B”, the hip hop duo form Bonnybrook, Shannon and Nicole Byrne, winner of the X Factor 2010!

Summer Sphere was a great success and very enjoyable for all who took part. Roll on Summer Sphere 2011!
